CRM Issue in Outlook
- We could confirmed the root of issue was that we didn’t have this installed https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=56327
- Also, after the installation we weren’t able to see the information of your organization so we applied the following steps:
- Close outlook.
- Go To Regedit
- Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER>Software>Microsoft > Office > 16.0>Outlook>Security
- Right click and select New > DWORD (32 bits) value
- Then, rename the file created to “EnableRoamingFolderHomepages”
- Open the new file and change the value data to 2
- Open outlook.
