CRM Issue in Outlook 
  1. We could confirmed the root of issue was that we didn’t have this installed  
  2. Also, after the installation we weren’t able to see the information of your organization so we applied the following steps:  
    1. Close outlook.  
    2.  Go To Regedit  
    3. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER>Software>Microsoft > Office > 16.0>Outlook>Security 
    4. Right click and select New > DWORD (32 bits) value 
    5. Then, rename the file created to “EnableRoamingFolderHomepages” 
    6. Open the new file and change the value data to 2  
  3. Open outlook.
