CRM Issue in Outlook 
  1. We could confirmed the root of issue was that we didn’t have this installed https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=56327  
  2. Also, after the installation we weren’t able to see the information of your organization so we applied the following steps:  
    1. Close outlook.  
    2.  Go To Regedit  
    3. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER>Software>Microsoft > Office > 16.0>Outlook>Security 
    4. Right click and select New > DWORD (32 bits) value 
    5. Then, rename the file created to “EnableRoamingFolderHomepages” 
    6. Open the new file and change the value data to 2  
  3. Open outlook.
